Cancellation Policy

General Guidelines

Request Timeframe

• The cancellation request must be placed within 24 hours of placing the order; after this window, no requests will be processed.

Urgent Orders

• If the assessment submission deadline is less than 72 hours (3 days), we do not accept any cancellation request. These are treated as urgent orders and experts are paid immediately.

Partially Paid Orders

• No cancellation requests are accepted for partially paid orders.

Cancellation Windows & Fees

Within 3 Hours (180 minutes) of Order Placement

• Cancellation is permitted with a 25% deduction from the total order value.

After 3 Hours and Up to 24 Hours

• Cancellation is permitted with a 50% deduction from the total order value.
• The deduction covers taxes, expert fees, and operational costs.

After 24 Hours

• No cancellation requests will be processed.

Refunds & Credits

Credit-Only Resolution

• We do not provide cash refunds for cancellations.
• The amount (after applicable deductions) is issued as a credit that can be used within a specified time to purchase a new service of the same amount.
