Assignment 2- Site investigation
In this Assignment you are required to prepare a Site investigation as described in land survey, geotechnical engineering and engineering management of the proposed Special Housing Area - 135 & 143 Pararekau Road, Karaka, Auckland according to Auckland City Council Land Development COP. Remember to consider the requirements of the whole design as well as functionality, safety, environmental, cultural and ethical issues.
This Assignment addresses the following Learning Outcomes;
Develop preliminary design(s), based on a given specification, for an engineering project relevant to their discipline strand (Civil)
Develop a plan or design parameters considering functionality, safety, environmental, cultural and ethical issues
Evaluate compliance of the project output against specification
This Assignment is worth 15% of your overall mark and is to be completed in your allocated group.
