Using your organization or one you are familiar with, identify a problem in an area of the organization and address ALL of the questions below:-
1. Provide a brief outline of the Problem
2. Apply the stages of Lewins Force Field Analysis to the problem and document the output
3. Analyse the Change and choose either "Systems Intervention Strategy" or "Organisation Development", and provide the reasons for your choice
4. Document the application of your chosen strategy (SIS or OD), describing each stage in detail
5. Present a detailed analysis of the potential resistance to your change and how you propose that these be overcome
6. Document your thoughts and reflections on this exercise and how an effective change management process could benefit your organization.
