In this assessment, you will reflect on your leadership development and your contribution to organisational advancement through a written analysis and a visual representation. The written component should explain your leadership development and provide a thoughtful evaluation of the contribution your leadership makes to your organisation's advancement. To complement this, you must create a visual representation in the form of an infographic that visually depicts your leadership journey.

Work through the following steps to complete this assessment.

Step 1
Reflect on your development as a leader and record at least 10 meaningful factors that have influenced your leadership journey thus far. Be sure to consider the influence that people, experiences and pivotal milestones have had on your leadership development. Draw upon the activities you engaged with in Modules 1 and 2. In particular, consider your results from the leadership self-assessment and the transitions card exercise.

Step 2
Develop a visual representation of your learning journey that depicts:

1.the most meaningful influences in your leadership journey, and

2.how your leadership experience contributes to your organisation’s advancement.  

You can use any program of your choice to create your visual representation which could be a mind map, diagram or infographic that communicates your journey. The purpose of your visual representation is to convey your leadership development journey (challenges, decisions, learnings, approaches, successes, outcomes etc.) in a compelling visual format.
