I am a passionate Medical Laboratory Scientist who is creative and hard-working. I currently hold a Subclass 417 visa which expires on 28 December 2024 (Canadian passport holder). I received a positive skills assessment on 1 February 2024. I did an IELTS and achieved 7.0 in all bands on 01 July 2021.

Your advice should include the following:

• Assessment of the eligible stream within the Subclass 186 Employer Sponsored visa framework;
• Employer requirements;
• Validity and grant requirements; and,
• Prospects for obtaining the Subclass 186 Employer Sponsored visa.

3. Barbara has asked you to write an email to Sydney Migration’s employer-sponsored clients outlining two expected changes that may come into effect in the coming months. Your email should include details surrounding the new changes and what potential impact you believe it will have on the employer sponsored program.
