Required Data Files
The ‘Assessment Information’ topic on the CampusMoodle page includes the dropboxes for this assessment and the files:
Conference.txt (graph create script used in element 1)
Clients.txt (data used in element 3)
Dollars.txt (data used in element 3)

First download these files to your own computer.
Element 1 – Neo4j Coding Exercise Preliminaries
In order to complete this exercise, you will need to test your code on Neo4j. We recommend that you use the Desktop Tool, but you may also work in the online sandbox. Run Conference.txt on Neo4j to create a graph. You are going to apply Cypher commands to this graph. Your commands should be copied to a text file Element1.txt.

Scenario
The graph represents a database for a conference. The following domain model shows the node and relationship types.

The table below shows the properties attached to each node type.

Node Type Properties
Person [id,name,description,state,email2,website,email1,city]
Company [phone,postal,email,exhibitor,address2,address1,booth,

state,id,sponsor,country,
website,city,name,description]

SponsorType [name,id]
Presentation [id,ceu_hours,name,description]
PresentationType [id,name,description]
CategoryType [name,id]
Symbol [id,name,description]
ContinuedEducationType [id,ShortName,name]
Room [Name,id]
Session [id,TimeEnd,TimeBegin,Name,Day]

Your Task
You are required to write a number of Cypher queries to meet the specifications below. In some cases, you may have to explore the database to find the appropriate attribute names. Simple Retrieval Queries

Write queries to return:
R1) All Symbol nodes.
R2) The name of each session and the times at which it begins and ends.
R3) The name and CEU hours of all presentations which count for CEU hours. (CEU hours are further education credits). Order the output alphabetically by name.
R4) The names of all persons who work for Kansas State University.

R5) For each presentation with more than one presenter, list its name and the number of presenters.
R6) For each session, return its name, the number of presentations in the session, and a list of the rooms used.
R7) We shall refer to persons who work at the same company as ‘colleagues’. Since some persons work for more than one company, there are ‘colleague of a colleague’ paths in the database. For example, ‘K. Garrett’ and ‘Ajay Nair’ are linked by their mutual colleague ‘Craig Chase’. Find the shortest such path connecting ‘Jennifer Burton’ and ‘John Hendrickson’. Your query should return the names of all persons and companies in the path. For full marks, the output should be formatted as in the example below.
