For example, you explored the formation of leadership identity; leadership strategies for positive-sum games; the relationship between leadership, conflict and change; leadership for building and sustaining collaboration; the importance of and boundaryless leadership; and the relational element of leadership.
Task
Do your solutions to Susan’s weekly dilemmas identify a preference for one particular leadership style or are you applying a situational approach? If it is the former, explain what it is and the reasons behind your decision. If it is the latter explain why you have adopted a situational approach.
Having applied your solutions to Susan’s dilemmas, describe two weaknesses of her leadership approach and explain your reasoning.

Select two of these problems and identify two theories, concepts and/or ideas (one for each problem) that you think could give insight into the leadership choices you made on Susan’s behalf.
