Report Writing Assignment:

Question: This assignment requires students to demonstrate understanding and skills in analysing qualitative and quantitative data, and in reporting the findings of their analyses.For the purposes of this assignment, students will be asked to analyse questionnaire and interview data from the Teleprism research project. The Teleprism project was a three year research study, based at The University of Manchester, which aimed to map secondary students learning outcomes, attitudes and choices regarding mathematics, together with the teaching they are exposed to. The research team worked with 40 secondary schools in England to collect longitudinal data from Students and their mathematics teachers, through short questionnaires. Case studies were also conducted at the same time in two schools.
