In this assignment you will analyse a nursing assessment tool. You may or may not have used this tool in practice. You will consider the extent to which this tool was/would have been useful in assessing a patient you have nursed to help identify the nursing diagnosis / nursing problems through your holistic assessment (i.e. bio-psycho-social-spiritual).
