Task Description

You are required to design and deliver a pre-recorded oral PowerPoint presentation. You must record your presentation as you share/show your slides and discuss your project at the same time. The marker must be able to see your slides and you on the screen as you present.

Background: You are the Primary Health Care nurse in your chosen case study. You have been asked to present your Health Promotion Project to a committee of potential funders and community leaders (fictional) of your target population/community in the case study from Assessment 1. Utilising your information from Assessment 1, please deliver a 10-13 min presentation of your Health Promotion Project.

Presentation

  • Building on Assessment 1, you are required to use the same case study to write a Health Promotion Project. You need to present your Health Promotion Project to a committee of potential funders and community leaders (fictional) of your target population/community in the case study. 3 Assessment Brief NURS5015 Assessment 2 V1 2025.
  • At the start of the presentation, you must hold up your student ID to the camera, and while presenting the slides, you must remain in the picture the whole time. If you do not have your student ID, please hold up your driver's licence. 
  • Prepare PowerPoint slides under the following headings and share/show your slides while discussing and presenting your project, in a 10-13 minute (strict timing) online Zoom recording. Ensure your PowerPoint is engaging and has creativity consider pictures and effective colour. Limit overuse of text on the PowerPoint slides. Use your voice to explain what is on the slides. Ensure your presentation flows well and remains relevant to the target population/community needs in your chosen case study. 
  • Please note that the examples below are generic; however, you need to choose one of the provided case studies and use the scenario to develop and deliver your Health Promotion Project. You are not permitted to design your own case study.
