Part 1 – Building permit phase:

a) Identify and discuss the relevant pathways for compliance, through the Act, Regulations, NCC, primary reference standards etc.

b) Discuss the methodology needed to be satisfied with NCC compliance, including the evidence required to satisfy the Governing Requirements and Performance Requirements of the NCC

c) Discuss the notification process back to the applicant if non-compliances were identified within the assessment, and what options may be available for them to demonstrate compliance

Part 2 – Inspection phase:

The building permit was issued and mandatory notification provided by the builder for an inspection:

a) What procedure would be implemented to inspect the façade of the building, and how would compliance with the Act, Regulations and NCC be determined for the as constructed scenario

b) What procedure would be implemented if installation of the material deviated slightly from what was specified within the building permit
