• Briefly comment on the likely, most appropriate management strategies and approaches for managing the priority processes and systems - the key "drivers". Explain why particular management approaches/strategies are most appropriate for each key driver.

• You should make reasonable, justifiable assumptions for any necessary information which is not readily available. The emphasis is on identifying and understanding the processes and systems, rather than accurate and comprehensive data gathering and analysis.
