You are required to prepare a full valuation report for the following office building for loan purposes:

• 400 Kent Street, Sydney, NSW 2000.

Alternatively, you may choose your own office building and we prefer it to be freehold. You should not select a property with development potential in the near future.

Using the DCF method as the primary valuation method, an income projection for at least the next 5 years is required. Also, you should use the capitalisation method as a check method.
