v. Make recommendations for improvement of current practices

The proposed format is as follows:

2. Introduction (10%) Background of organization and overview of the industry
3. Main Body (65%)
4. Recommendations and Conclusion (10%)
5. References (10%), use in-text referencing, and Harvard Referencing with a minimum of 12
references
