Assessment Description

Based on the student’s selection of an international business, the pitch will discuss the various external environmental factors (political, legal, economic, and cultural) that will provide both opportunities and challenges for the chosen business as part of their expansion strategy into a new or emerging market. Students should select one (1) new or emerging market to form the basis of your discussion. The Pitch should include the use of a range of primary information sources from the chosen business and be supported by academic research. The Week 6 workshop will assist you to develop a plan/outline on how you will approach your presentation. The student will need to incorporate a Slide Deck within the pitch so additional data and supporting information can be provided to promote why it should be considered and how it will be successful.
