This assessment task comprises an open book examination where you will apply the Ethical Decision Making Framework (used in this unit) to two separate questions. The exam is worth of your total grade for LWS101.

• For your examination, you will be required to apply the Ethical Decision-Making Framework that has been used throughout semester to answer the two separate exam questions. This is the same framework that you use in Assessment 2 (PSE) and the same framework we use in tutorials each week from week 3 onwards.

• This examination is open book, so you may refer to your own materials during the exam.

• All topics covered during the course will be examinable.

• There will be two (2) compulsory questions to be answered.

• No reference list is required in the exam (but you should include in-text references for law as we have in tutorials each week).
