Complete the following exercises and short answer questions, relating them to the IT industry at all times. Students are able to have questions clarified by a teacher. Scenario Welcome to ITHelp4U. We specialise in the provision of friendly and prompt IT support to students at the local TAFE Campus. As demand for our services continues to grow and the staff skill base is broadened we are now expanding into web site design, training material, advertising and other promotional material development. Starting this year logged IT support calls are now recorded in an online database that is accessible from any computer connected to the internet. This enables technicians to check and update logged calls while out on site. At present only ITHelp4U staff have been provided with access to the new system. This new website requires an updated copyright and privacy policy and the helpdesk requires a code of ethics. ITHelp4U have twelve staff consisting of:
