· Described how these are communicated to relevant role holders and departments within the organisation.

· Observation of work activities, behaviour of people and including supervision.

· Verification documents and records.

· Interview and sampling of workmen

· Workplace assessment

· Work culture by asking questions and checking employees awareness.

· Surveys on employee motivation.

· Analysis of accident and incident reports and site monitoring data.

· Analysis of leading and lagging indicators.

· Use of case studies that are readily available.
