3.0 AUDIT SCOPE
Scope of the comprehensive safety audit is to
- Ensure that Occupational Safety and Health system fully satisfy the legal requirements and those of the company’s written safety policies, objectives and progress.
Organisation
For the audit, the company Chiyoda Almana Engineering Company LLC (CAEL) is chosen. Chiyoda Almana Engineering LLC is an Oil and Gas contractor working under the various model of contract execution such as EPC, EPIC, EPCM, PMC and Engineering only contractor. Chiyoda Almana was recently awarded an EPC contract for Flare Reduction Project. The project is located within Ras Laffan Industrial City, at the south in the State of Qatar. The project main aim is to reduce flaring in the Qatargas LNG Pants whereby the emission is reduced and at the same time reprocess gas to convert it into usable gases. Qatargas operates several LNG Plants and is the Client of CAEL. Our focus is at the Temporary Site Laydown (TSF), which supports project activity.
4.0 AUDIT APPROACH
Following is the audit approach and following activities will be performed.
