You are required to write a MATLAB program investigating Transverse ElectroMagnetic (TEM) waves, and provide a report based on the results and output of this program. The first part
(a) of this assignment involves checking your program, and the second part
(b) applies your program to a custom field problem.

Part (a) Analysing a known cross-section geometry (70 marks)
You are required to write a MATLAB program to determine values of the electric field across a known transmission line cross-section, utilising sparse matrices to perform a finite differences solution using a grid with a square cell. All node voltages are to be determined simultaneously by solution of a matrix equation

The transmission line geometry to examine is \Stripline in a Box" (Figure 1 below). Shownare the dimensions of the outer shield, and of a single inner conductor. This internal strip conductor is to have 10Volts applied to it, with the outer shield grounded, as this geometry can only be energised in an \unbalanced" mode. Note that the internal strip should be considered a single line of nodes, only having 1 node of thickness.

Part (b) - Applying your program to an unknown geometry (180 marks)
Now that you have verified the operation of your program, you are required to extend it to consider a new transmission line cross-section as shown below
