You are required to develop a concept plan for a hypothetical hotel. Use at least three creative thinking methodologies to develop and refine your concept. Envision, in conceptual terms, how the finished product might look and what market it might serve. Your plan should address the following topics:
The ideation process (creative thinking methodologies; application of creative thinking methodologies; refining your idea)
Application of concept construct or model (e.g. Lundberg and Walker 2011; Ransley and Ingram 2004; Ransley and Ingram 2000; or one of your choice with the lecturers’ approval)
Summary of your concept including operational philosophy and explanation of how the operational philosophy matches or exceeds the operating standards found in the area and other competitor offers.
Your submitted document must include a Cover Page, Executive Summary, Table of Contents, Headings, Conclusion and Reference List (minimum 5 academic references). References are not included in the word count. Print the word count at the end of your report. 
Your concept plan report must be submitted in electronic format.

Ideation Process
Explain three ideation tools and the process and application of the creative thinking methods you used. Select one of the ‘best’ business ideas from the creative thinking exercises. Bear in mind that it may be more practical to choose an idea that seems to be relatively easy to gather further information on.
