You will explore the data, create worksheets and design a dashboard to allow the following questions to be answered based on Stamp Duty Filings:

1. How many new houses were sold in Ireland each year between 2018 and 2022?

2. How many existing houses were sold in Ireland each year between 2018 and 2022?

3. What was the total value of all the houses sold each year between 2018 and 2022?

4. What was the mean price of a new and an existing house in Westmeath in August 2023?

5. What was the mean price of a new and an existing house in Dublin City in August 2023?
