You can choose whether you would like to compare two similar types of organizations (i.e.: two hospitals) or compare the policies of two different types of organizations (i.e.: a hospital and a primary care or specialty organization). Try to ensure at least one of the policies you write about is a very good example of a privacy policy, from your perspective.

Review each policy.

1. Compare and contrast the policies; what is similar and different about them?

2. Are each of the policies clear? Do you feel they are understandable for staff? What about for patients? Why or why not? If you feel they are unclear, what could be done to make them clearer?
