Report Writing Assignment:

Question: During PEP students will identify one communication event (e.g. nursing student/patient spoken interaction, nursing student/RN or EN spoken interaction, nursing student/health professional spoken interaction, telephone call, phone medication order, non-administration of a drug or a medication error, nursing student driven patient education episode) that they have PERSONALLY been involved in. They will write a report describing the event, analysing the communication processes, and evaluating the degree to which the processes comply with personal and professional nursing communication  principle.  Important is reference atleast 8 in each.
