4. Describe the community/social issue or needs that are being addressed with this social enterprise.

5. Describe the sources of funding that are being accessed, and identify two other sources of funding that could potentially be accessed.

6. Provide three metrics that could be evaluated to demonstrate accountability of the social enterprise.

7. Provide your recommendation. Do you think moving forward with a social enterprise with this organization is a good idea? Why or why not?
