Assignment: For this assignment you will build several iterations of a linear programming model. You do not need to write up the memo as a case, rather, just present the information clearly in the order of the instructions. Do not include an introduction, recommendations, or any other standard memo sections. And do not include appendices. There is no page limit, so your challenge is to write a paper that answers the questions without being overly wordy. 
Instructions: 
1.Create an LP (called "Min Cost") for the DHL problem that minimizes cost. Ignore the CO2 issue for now. As stated in the memo, you should be able to "fulfill this order within the CNY 3 billion budget". In other words, your total cost should be just a bit under V3,000,000,000. (Note: This is not a constraint, rather a guideline to help you know if your model is correct.) Note: Do not include the minimum production (200,000) constraints for any of the models in this assignment. 2. Include a screenshot of this "Min Cost" LP, along with a clear and concise description of the objective function, the variables, and each set of constraints. 3. Add to your model a calculation of the CO2 produced by this solution. Briefly describe this calculation. 4. Create a copy of the model, name it "Min CO2", and rerun it to find the minimum amount of CO2. Describe any changes required to the model to get this solution. 5. Create another copy, name it "Min CO2 with budget", and augment it as necessary to include the CNY 3.3 billion budget constraint. Describe any changes required to the model to get this solution. 6. Create a table or chart showing the three models with their costs and CO2 amounts. 7. Even though you ignored the minimum production constraints, comment on whether or not your solutions in the three models) would have satisfied the min production constraints.
