This assessment is divided into four tasks:

 Task 2: Consult Stakeholders to Develop Strategic Workforce Plan
 Task 3: Obtain Senior Management Support for Strategic Workforce Plan
 Task 4: Implement and Monitor Performance of Strategic Workforce Plan

This project requires you to complete the assessment tasks in a real workplace, or in a simulated environment where the conditions are typical of those in a working environment in this industry. Each task comes with a set of instructions. You are to follow and perform these instructions while being observedby the assessor and/or submit any required documentation as evidence of task completion Before starting this assessment, your assessor will discuss with you these tasks, including instructions, resources, and guidance for satisfactorily completing them.

You are required to:

  •  Complete the tasks within the time allowed, as scheduled in-class roll.
  •  Analyse strategic plans to determine strategic workforce requirements.
  •  Consult with at least two relevant managers to develop a strategic workforce plan.
  •  Correspond with at least one senior management member to obtain support for a strategic workforce plan.
  •  Work with at least two relevant managers to implement the plan according to strategic organizational objectives.
  •  Monitor the implementation of the strategic workforce plan on at least two occasions.
