Part 3: Screening and Interviewing
5 - Stakeholder Consultation
Provide an outline of your stakeholder management and consultation approach during the screening process. What are the key considerations, and any potential risks. Be sure to provide specific names from the case study as well. You can draw from your own experience as well.
6 - Interview Strategy and other assessments
Complete the table provided in the response template about your interview strategy. You will need to:
Explain your activity and preparation required before the interviews
Develop 6 interview questions to address different requirements of the job that you chose in Task 2
Explain your approach with an interview panel and which stakeholders you would ask to attend (from the case study)
