Mr Smith responds to your written advice of this, accepting the change and instructs you to go ahead.
Task:
Prepare a schedule (call forward sheet) for the project, including identifying when orders need to be placed and when they need to be delivered to site.
Prepare a Labour Order by email or contract variation, requesting the work to be done by a Carpenter.
Prepare a variation and instruction sheet for the change requested by Mr Smith.
Prepare a communication (in writing, which can be provided to workers on email or in person) on the impact of the variation on the construction schedule.
