Your report is to analyse and critique disclosures under the ASX Corporate Governance Code. Your research is to cover the breadth of disclosures (not a single source document) provided by your allocated company under three (3) of the principles of the Australian code. Your report is to include the following two sections: 

1) Compare the level of corporate compliance of your allocated Australia company to the ASX Corporate Governance Code.

2) Compare the requirements under the ASX Corporate Governance Code to the corporate governance requirements (or listing rule, where appropriate) of your group assignment company. Regardless of the code or rules used in your group assignment, the individual assignment requires you to use the code or rules where your group assignment company is listed.
